With a PhD in Aerospace engineering, Sushil has worked in DRDO, ISRO and Texas Instruments India, prior to founding P2P Strategies.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Sushil brings in the skills of managing change, a key component in bringing lasting and sustainable improvements.

A qualified Lead Auditor for Quality Systems, Sushil's expertise lies in setting up organization wide Business Process Improvement programs.

A firm believer of co-creation, his natural ability for involving practitioners and management teams to tackle change and quickly adopt the shared vision, has won him many laurels, wherever he has worked. 

Raj Ramanand  Co-Founder and Principal

As the co-founder of P2P Strategies, Raj brings over 25 years of industry experience in diverse areas of Semiconductors, Telecommunications, software and Hardware.

After gaining valuable hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry for 14 years, he became a business improvement consultant, and for the past 10 years, travelling across the globe. he has consulted in more than 16 countries and has brought measureable improvements in over 35 organizations worldwide.

A qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, Raj speacializes in the implementation of ISO based and SEI CMMI based models.
